合成了不同结构的新型的膦酸缓凝剂,样品结构经过红外光谱和核磁磷谱鉴定。构效关系研究表明,膦酸单体数目越多,水泥净浆凝结时间越长,同时当膦酸基团分散处于末端时,聚合物凝结时间会显著降低。水泥净浆水化热测试结果与净浆凝结时间结果相一致。我们推测,1a~1f这类结构的样品具有较强缓凝能力是因为是其自身具有较强的吸附能力所致。
A new type of phosphonic acid retarder with different structures was synthesized. The study showed that the more phosphate monomers in the polymer,the longer the setting time of the cement paste,and the setting time of the polymer was also significantly reduced when the phosphonic acid group was dispersed at the two end of the polymer. The cement hydration heat test results were consistent with the setting time of paste. It was speculated that the polymer 1a ~ 1f had strong retarding ability because of its strong adsorption ability.
