目的探讨谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶m3（GSTM3）mRNA在重症肌无力患者及正常人胸腺组织中的表达情况。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ-PCR）方法定量分析GSTM3 mRNA在重症肌无力胸腺与正常胸腺组织中的表达水平。结果GSTM3 mRNA在重症肌无力患者和正常人胸腺组织中的表达水平分别为0．67±0．10和0．58±0．05，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论GSTM3 mRNA在MG胸腺组织中高表达，可能与MG的发生、发展密切相关。

英文摘要：

Objective To study the gene expression of GSTM3 at mRNA level in the thymus tissues of MG and the normal control thymus tissues. Methods The expression of GSTM3 gene was analyzed quantificationally by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR） at mRNA level in the thymus tissue of MG and the normal control thymus tissue. Results The expression of GSTM3 gene at mRNA level in the thymus tissues of MG was 0.67--0. 10. It was significantly higher than that in control group,which was 0.58--0.05. Conclusion GSTM3 gene has high expression at mRNA level in the tissue of MG patient, it may associate with the generation and development of MG,but has no close association with the clinical classification of MG.
