采用自组装技术在玻璃表面接枝了疏水的十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)膜,通过原子力显微镜(AFM)和接触角对OTS膜进行了表征和成膜机理探讨。结果表明:OTS膜层的疏水性好,且OTS自组装分子膜在玻璃表面呈“岛式”形貌;该功能化玻璃的OTS膜层可应用于钛表面图案化,通过紫外辐照技术并借助OTS玻璃成功地在钛基体表面构建了图案化的明胶涂层,OTS膜层的疏水性随着图案化过程中紫外辐射时间的增长而减弱,具有一定的时效性。
The octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) monolayer on glass substrates was constructed by a self-assembled technique. The atomic force microscope (AFM) and contact angle were used to study the morphology of OTS monolayer and the mechanisms of film formation. The results show that the OTS monolayer is hydrophobic and the OTS self-assembled molecular film on the surface of glass is of island growth mode. The OTS-SAMs glass was used in patterning GelMA on titanium via a UV radiation technique. In order to better apply OTS hydrophobic glass to GelMA patterned on the titanium surface and the other potential utility, a series of contact angle comparative experiments were conducted to further study the nature of the OTS-SAMs glass. Results confirm that the hydrophobicity of the OTS-SAMs is decreased with the radiation time of UV increasing.
