研究了晶体中束缚极化子的性质,采用Tokuda改进的线性组合算符、幺正变换和变分法,讨论了束缚极化子的速率和库仑束缚势对强、弱耦合束缚极化子的振动频率、基态能量和有效质量的影响.对RbCl晶体和ZnS晶体进行了数值计算,结果表明,晶体中强弱耦合束缚极化子的基态能量的绝对值随极化子的速率的增加而减少,强耦合束缚极化子的振动频率和有效质量随极化子的速率的增加而增大,强耦合束缚极化子的振动频率和有效质量随库仑束缚势的增加而增大.
The properties of bound polaron in a crystal are studied.The influences of the velocity of the polaron and the Coulomb bound potential on the vibration frequency,the ground state energy and effective mass of the strong-coupling and weak-coupling bound polaron are discussed by using Tokuda's improved linear combination operator,the unitary transformation and the variational methods.Numerical calculations for the RbCl and GaAs crystals,as an example,are pertormed and the results show that the absolute values of the ground state energy of the strong-coupling and weak-coupling bound polaron will increase with decreasing the velocity of polaron.The vibration frequency and the effective mass of the strong-coupling bound polaron will increase with increasing the velocity of polaron.The vibration frequency and the effective mass of the strong-coupling bound polaron are an increasing function of the Coulomb bound potential.
