采用Huybrenchts线性组合算符和LLP变换方法,研究了库仑场对抛物量子线中弱耦合极化子激发态性质的影响,计算了束缚极化子的基态能量、第一内部激发态能量、激发能量和振动频率。讨论了这些量对约束强度和库仑束缚势的依赖关系。数值计算结果表明:抛物量子线中弱耦合束缚极化子的第一内部激发态能量、激发能量和振动频率都随约束强度的增加而增大,但第一激发态能量随库仑束缚势的增加而减少,而激发能量和振动频率随库仑束缚势的增加而增大。
The influences of Coulomb field on properties of excited state of weak-coupling polaron in parabolic quantum wires are studied by using of the Huybrenchts′s linear combination operator and the Lee-Low-Pines(LLP) transformation methods.The relations of the ground state energy,the first internal excited energy,the excitation energy and the vibrational frequency in parabolic quantum wires with the Coulomb bound potential,the confinement strength and the electron-phonon coupling strength were calculated.Numerical calculations were performed and the results show that they increase with increasing of confinement strength.The excitation energy and the vibrational frequency are increasing functions of the Coulomb bound potential;the first internal excited energy decrease with increasing of the Coulomb bound potential.
