采用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法研究量子点中强耦合束缚磁极化子性质的温度依赖性,导出了强耦合束缚磁极化子的振动频率、基态能量和声子平均数随温度的变化关系.取RbCI晶体为例进行数值计算,结果表明:强耦合束缚磁极化子的振动频率、基态能量和声子平均数随温度的升高而增大,基态能量随量子点的有效受限强度的增加而增大.
The temperature dependences on the properties of strong-coupling bound magnetopolarn in a quantum dot are studied using the linear combination operator and the unitary transformation methods. The relations of the vibrational frequency,the ground state energy,and the mean number of phonons of the strong-coupling bound magnetopolaron in a quantum dot with the temperature are derived. Numerical calculations, for the RbCI crystal as an example, are performed, and the results indicate that the vibrational frequency,the ground state energy and the mean number of phonons of the strong-coupling bound magnetopolaron in a quantum dot increase with the increase of the temperature. The ground state energy increases with the increase of the confinement strength of the quantum dot.
