在双应力交叉步进加速寿命试验场合下,研究Weibull部件可靠性指标的估计问题.利用贝叶斯方法,在平方损失和广义熵损失函数下分别给出部件参数及可靠性指标的贝叶斯估计。最后,利用计算机仿真对各估计结果进行模拟分析。
Reliability performance for Weibu11 distribution was studied under the two alternative step-stress accelerated life test. The reliability indexes were derived under squared error and general entropy loss function according to Bayesian estimation with assumption that both of parameters are unknown. And then, the estimations are illustrated by means of simulation analysis.
