航空发动机叶片,尤其是带阻尼结构的叶片,其固有频率由于受到众多复杂因素的影响,具有较大的模糊性。采用梯型和平顶正态型隶属函数对固有频率的模糊性进行描述,建立了叶片抗共振的模糊可靠性模型,并给出了模型的数值解。同时提出了一种修正的截尾正态分布,作为引入截集的概率分布,以保证模型在特殊形式处的收敛性,弥补了之前常用分布的不足。通过数值算例予以验证,同时研究了固有频率模糊程度对叶片抗共振可靠度的影响。
The inherent frequency of blade, especially with damping structure, has great fuzziness due to the influences of many intricate factors. The fuzzy reliability model of blade to avoid resonance is proposed and its numerical solution is given, where the fuzziness of inherent frequency is described by trapezoidal and fiat normal membership function. Meanwhile, a modified truncated normal distribution is proposed to be introduced into cut-set as the probability distribution of inherent frequency, which avoids the deficiency of previous distributions and ensures the model is of good convergence. Finally, some simulations are carried out to verify the convergence and study the influence of fuzzy degree on the reliability.
