在对数正态模型下,通过计算机模拟方法研究双应力交叉步降试验对加速寿命试验效率的改进程度。在相同试验条件下,通过蒙特卡罗法对双应力步降试验与双应力交叉步进试验的步骤进行计算机仿真。并将仿真过程应用于微型电机寿命试验中,对两种试验进行多次数据分析与效率比较,并在不同对数标准差下分析效率比曲线。仿真结果表明,在对数标准差较小时,双应力交叉步降试验能够显著提高试验效率。这表明双应力交叉步降试验方法在对数标准差较小时值得推广。
Whether the reliability test efficiency can be improved through the double-crossecl step- down-stress accelerated life test is simulated by computer under lognormal distribution. In this paper, Monte-Carlo method is used to simulate the procedures of both double-crossed step-down-stress accelerated life test and traditional double-crossed step-up-stress accelerated life test under the same experimental condition. Then, the simulation procedures are applied to the life test of mini-motor, simulation datas are analysed and efficiency ratio of this two tests are compared. The efficiency ratio curve shows double-crossed step-down-stress accelerated life test can greatly improve the test efficiency, which is proved to have broad application prospects when the logarithmic standard deviation is small.
