基于逐步II型混合截尾寿命试验数据，研究了Pareto分布的统计分析问题。利用极大似然方法和Bayes 估计理论，导出了 Pareto 分布参数的极大似然估计和基于不同先验分布下的 Bayes 估计。最后利用Monte-Carlo模拟方法对估计的结果进行了对比分析。
英文摘要：
In this paper,statistical analysis of Pareto distribution is presented under progressive type-II hybrid censored data. The maximum likelihood estimators （MLEs）and Bayes estimator under different prior distributions of Pareto distribution are obtained by using maximum likelihood method and Bayes estimation theory. Finally,Monte-Carlo simulation is performed for illustrative purposes.
