Based on progressive type Ⅱ censoring test ,the maximum likelihood estimation of the shape parameter and reliability function are given by the maximum likelihood method under one parameter . While the consistency and asymptotic normality of the MLE are proved under progressive type Ⅱ censo-ring sample .
