对2株鲤鱼源乳酸菌作为益生菌候选菌株进行体外抗逆性试验。通过耐受胆盐、耐受pH值、耐受蛋白酶和耐高温等试验,对这2株乳酸菌进行研究。其中在胆盐耐受性试验中,YL-1和YL-7在胆盐浓度0.4%、培养4h时仍有30%以上的存活率;在pH值耐受性试验时,2株乳酸菌均可在一定的酸性和碱性条件下存活;胰蛋白酶对2株菌的存活率没有影响;在70℃的高温中,2株乳酸菌均有一定的耐受性。
Resistance of two carp -source lactobacillus was performed , which were the candidate probiotic strain. They were researched through the test of tolerance of cholate, tolerance of pH, tolerance of protease , tolerance of high temperature and so on. Among all the tests, over 30% of YL - 1 and YL -7 could survive after culture 4 hours and in 0.4% concentration in tolerance of cholate test. And in tolerance of pH test, 2 strains of Lactic Acid Bacteria could survive both in acid environment and alkaline environment. Trypsin did not affect the survival of them, Moreover, they showed certain tolerance in the megatemperature of 70℃.
