针对现有数字作品交易模式对数字作品交易公平等问题研究的不足,结合目前移动支付的现状,设计了一个基于第三方支付的移动数字作品交易模型。该模型全面考虑了数字内容交易中的各种角色,涉及了数字作品的注册、发行、交易及仲裁整个生命周期的工作流程,重点在交易过程采用了＂一次一密＂的密钥分配方案和基于第三方支付平台的公平交易模式,保障了交易的隐私性以及参与各方的利益及交易的安全性。

英文摘要：

To address the problem of fair-exchange flaws in the existing trading systems, a digital works trading model is provided based on a third-party payment method. Taking full account of all roles and payment privacy in digital works transactions, this model involves the complete life cycle of digital works, including copy right registering, issuing, transaction and dispute resolution of digital works. Furthermore, using one-time encryption technology and third-party payment platform in transaction, this trading model protects the interests of all involved parties and the security of business.
