针对激光在生物神经科学研究中的应用,设计出了一种可遥控的脉冲激光器。这里介绍了以ZigBee为通信模块的脉冲源,具有集成度高、便携性强、体积小、成本低、工作稳定等优点。采用单片机为控制中心,利用相应的C语言程序,实现了电流脉冲宽度和脉冲频率的调节。该脉冲源用于驱动全固态半导体激光器,实现了距离为300米的遥控可调节脉冲,并由FC/PC光纤耦合输出。同时加入了恒温控制,保证了激光器的输出功率的稳定性,有效地延长了其使用寿命。该器件依托ZigBee自有的自组网技术,有着很好的应用前景。
The remote laser device based on ZigBee module is designed for the research of nervous system.This remote laser device has many advantages,including high integration,high portability,small size,low cost,and stable operation etc.The adjustments of current pulse width and frequency are achieved by using MCU and a C program.This remote control device can be used in a distance as far as 300 meters to drive the diode-pumped solid-state laser,and is coupled with FC/PC optical fiber connector.Constant temperature control ensures the stable output power of the laser device,thus efficiently extending the lifetime of laser diodes.Based on ZigBee’s special self-organized networking,this device is of great application prospects.
