免疫性血小板减少性紫癜是一种由于自身免疫介导的血小板减少综合征。临床主要表现为血小板数量减少、生存时间缩短、骨髓巨核细胞发育障碍以及广泛性皮肤、黏膜以及内脏出血等症状,在患儿的各个年龄周期内均可能发生,严重威胁到患儿的生命健康安全。耿少怡教授从事小儿血液病治疗30多年,对小儿免疫性血小板减少性紫癜疾病治疗具有深厚的理论基础以及丰富的临床实践经验。耿教授认为血小板减少性紫癜的致病机制主要是由于热盛动血、迫血妄行,再加之患者脾肾亏虚以及外邪侵入而诱发的免疫性血小板减少性紫癜疾病。本研究就耿少怡教授治疗小儿免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床经验进行综述。

The immune thrombocytopenic purpura in children is one kind of HELLP syndrome caused by mediated autoim-munity. The major clinical features is depletion in numbers of blood platelet, time of life contraction, developmental disorder of megakaryocyte and universality bleeding of skin, mucous membrane and viscera and some other symptoms. That would be happened in the each period of age cycle of the children patients, and serious threat the life health and safety of the chil-dren patients. The Geng Shaoyi professor has work on the treatment of pediatric hematological diseases for more than thirty years, he has the deep-seated theoretical basis and abundant clinical practice experience for the treatment of immune thrombocytopenic purpura in children. The Geng Shaoyi professor was considered the main pathogenic mechanism is bleed-ing caused by blazing heat, cause frenetic movement of the blood, added the spleen and kidney deficiency and invaded by invading induced the immune thrombocytopenic purpura. This study was summarized the clinical experience of immune thrombocytopenic purpura in children treated by Geng Shaoyi professor.
