粗糙集理论在保持知识可靠度不变的前提下，通过知识约简，导出其分类规则或决策规则，是分析不确定系统的一种有力的工具。本文运用粗糙集理论的属性约简以及属性值约简方法，结合我国华东地区的经济数据，对该地区的经济发展特征及其变化进行了探讨，实证结果表明产业构成与成本费用利用率是影响华东地区经济的重要因素，优化产业结构，提高经济效益是该地区经济发展的关键，并给出各省市的经济特征规则。
英文摘要：
Rough set theory is a powerful tool of uncertainty analysis system, classification rules or decision-making rules can be derived by knowledge reduction under the prerequisite of maintaining the reliability of knowledge. In this paper, the rough set theory and economic data are employed to analyze the changes of economic structure in east China. The results show that the economic formations and rat of production cost are the major factors of the economy development in east China. Optimizing the industrial structure and improving the economic benefit is the key to economic development in that region. The rules of economic development of every province are obtained.
