我国的建筑行业近年来发展极为迅速,对建筑混凝土性能的要求也越来越苛刻,高性能混凝土的耐久性研究便成了重中之重。针对宜兴文化中心建筑复杂多变的施工环境、庞大的建筑规模和其中大剧院、博物馆等建筑100年的使用年限要求,主要对各场馆主体结构混凝土的施工环境进行分析,再从原材料选择、配合比设计、配合比试验、混凝土生产等方面进行研究。通过对高性能混凝土的研究,成功得到了科学合理的配合比设计。
The construction industry in China is developing rapidly in recent years,and the requirements on the performance of building concrete are increasingly strict,so the study on the durability of high performance concrete has become the priority and important tasks. In view of the construction of Yixing Cultural Center project in complex construction environment,large construction scale and the grand theater,museums and other service life of 100 years,this paper analyzes the main structure of the construction environment and concrete,and then research on the high-durability concrete from materials selection,mixture ratio design,mixture ratio testing,concrete production and so on. Through the study of high performance concrete,a scientific and reasonable mixture ratio design is obtained.
