宜兴文化中心大剧院地下室混凝土施工完成后,钢结构吊装单元吊装半径过大,为此在地下室顶板上架设一条钢路基箱作为起重机行走通道,并对混凝土框架梁支撑加固,履带式起重机在行走通道上进行大跨度桁架的分段吊装。运用有限元软件对行走通道及支撑进行模拟分析,验证施工方案的合理性,确保了钢结构施工工期和经济性。
When the basement concrete of grand theatre of Yixing Culture Center is constructed, the hoisting radius of steel elements is too large. So one travel route by subgrade box for crane is erected in the basement floor, and the concrete frame structure beam is reinforced by supports. The crawler cranes are used to hoist the steel elements of long-span truss in the travel route. Based on the construction scheme, the travel route and supports are simulated and analyzed using the finite element software to guarantee the rationality. The construction periods and economic benefit are ensured.
