FastPlace是一种快速的布局方法,能够有效的解决大规模布局问题.它以二次线长建模,采用力驱动方法消除模块间的重叠.本文对FastPlace算法进行了分析,讨论了其原理、出发点和实现方法,并对一些技术细节如网格划分、附加单元模块的添加、虚拟网络的权重等做出理论推导和讨论.同时,通过实验讨论各个参数的设置对布局算法的影响,从而在实现的过程中对参数做相应的调整,实验验证算法的有效性和稳定性.
FastPlace is a fast method of placement,which can effectively solve the large-scale layout problem.It uses quadratic wirelength to mode questions,and adopts force spreading to remove overlaps.This paper talks about FastPlace principle,realization and so on,and deduces some technical details such as grids,additional unit module and the virtual network weights.At the same time,discuss parameters influence to placement results through experimental,so as to determine the just factors in the implement,thus test the efficiency and stability of the algorithm.
