随着经济全球化的不断发展,出口成为企业重要的经营决策,出口也为企业盈利等方面提供了新的机会。然而出口对企业员工所获得的工资水平有何影响呢?文章将以Stolper—Samuelstm(简称S—S定理)为研究视角,探析企业出口对工资的影v向,并运用2005~2007年中国制造业企业微观数据对理论预期进行检验,结论认为:中国存在丰裕的劳动资源。出口使得劳动密集型商品产出扩大而带来单位劳动所占有的资本增加,从而带来劳动生产率的提高,进而带来工资水平的上升,这很可能就是企业出口影响工资水平的重要决定机制。
With the continuous development of economic globalization, export not only becomes an important business decision, but also provides some new investment opportunities for firms. However, what is the effect of export on wage between finns? This paper studies the effect of export on wage based on the Stolper-Samuelson Theorem, and examines theoretical predictions by using the micro data of manufacturing enterprises from 2005 to 2007 in China. It shows that there are abundant labor resources in China, and export expands the output of labor-intensive goods which increases the share of capital in unit labor and improves the labor productivity. This may well be the important decision mechanism of the effect of export on wage.
