In this paper the square diagram of Chen-Ma＇s Yin-Yang double-fish is transformed into the circular diagram of Yin-Yang double-fish via a simple proportional relationship. Meanwhile, the precision curve of the 24 solar terms is plotted, and a list of Yin-Yang values to the 24 solar terms is given via a numerical computation.
