目的了解上海市嘉定区南翔医院近5年来住院费用的影响因素和发展态势，为合理控制医疗费用提供量化的评价依据。方法运用新灰色关联分析法，对2011-2015年上海市嘉定区南翔医院住院费用构成进行定量分析。结果药品费是影响住院费用的主要因素，其次是其他费。结论新灰色关联法计算简便，结果直观、合理、可靠，应用灵活，适用于因素间关联程度的衡量和动态过程分析。
英文摘要：
Objective To explore the influence factors of hospitalization expense in the recent five years and the development trend and provide quantitative evaluation evidence for reasonable control of medical costs. Methods Based on the new grey correlation analysis method, we performed quantitative analysis of hospitalization expense in our hospital from 2011 to 2015. Results Drug cost were the main factors of hospitalization expense, followed by other fees. Conclusion The new gray correlation analysis method is simple and easy to calculate, and the results are intuitive, rational, reliable and flexible. This method is suitable for measurement of the interrelated degree among the factors and analysis of dynamic process.
