This paper has a research on variable valve lift mechanism of a production model, optimizes and designs the timing gear of the Haima engine based on this variable valve lift mechanism, combines the structure and properties of Haima engine, designs the optimization of the parts in detail, assembles and simulates the optimization design of parts and verifies the power and fuel economy of the optimized engine.
