讨论了中小企业管理者连带的类型,并以组织创新为中介变量,分析了管理者连带作用于企业总体绩效的内在机理。以浙江省中小企业为样本所进行的实证研究表明,管理者连带总体上对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,技术创新和管理创新对企业总体绩效有显著的正向影响,技术创新对管理创新也有显著的正向影响。技术创新在管理者连带——组织创新——企业总体绩效链中起到了至关重要的作用。
The paper categorizes managerial ties of SMEs and explores the link between managerial ties and firm performance using organizational innovation as mediating variable. Our sample is from Zhejiang province. The empirical analysis reveals that:(1) managerial ties have positive impacts to firm performance; (2) technological innovation and administrative innovation have positive impacts to firm performance; (3) technological innovation has positive impact to administrative innovation; (4) technological innovation is a critical mediating variable in the managerial ties-organizational innovation- firm performance link.
