组织间知识转移是知识由知识发送方向知识接受方转移的过程,是企业获得持续竞争优势的基础。本文对企业网络中组织间知识转移的影响因素进行了梳理,从知识转移双方的属性、知识属性、关联属性以及企业网络属性几方面分别进行阐述。通过案例分析,进一步说明企业可以主动通过企业网络有效获得外部知识,提高企业绩效,并促进企业网络成员间的知识转移。
Knowledge transfer between organizations is a process of transferring knowledge from the source to the recipient and plays a key role in enterprise's achieving sustainable competitive advantages. Four categories of factors that influence knowledge transfer performances are summarized. A case study is used to illustrate how enterprises can accelerate its knowledge accumulation with the networks to achieve higher performance and accelerate inter-organizational knowledge transfer.
