目的探明《墨经》中数学概念的定义方式。方法利用《墨经》逻辑学中的而非现代逻辑学中的定义方式来分析《墨经》中的数学概念。结果通过分析发现,定义法在《墨经》中用得非常普遍,《经上》篇几乎完全是各类定义的汇集,运用这样的逻辑方法,《墨经》对许多数学概念都下了明确的定义,从而使中国古代传统数学第一次出现了理论的萌芽。结论《墨经》对数学概念的科学定义,说明其逻辑学是中国古代几何学理论形成的思想源泉之一。
Aim To make clear the concept of mathematics in Mojing systematically. Methods The methods of logic in Mojing were used to analyze the concept of mathematics. Results The approach of definition was made good use in Mojing . The part of Jingshang was nearly confluence of different definitions. Many concepts of mathematics were defined accurately in Mojing in such logical way; consequently the germination of mathematical theory was first found in traditional Chinese mathematics. Conclusion Tile scientific definition of the mathematical concept showed the logic had great influence in the theory of ancient Chinese geometry in Moiing.
