There was a work of algorithm analysis in Liu＇s commentaries to the ＂Arithmetic in Nine Sections＂. He had stated the numeration workload of different algorithms, compared the efficient of algorithms through the numbers of ＂suan（operation）＂ and emphasized the changes of algorithm. It incarnated Liu Hui＇s idea of algorithm analysis.
