In this article, we briefly review the recent progress of anodic stripping vohammetry at non-mercury electrodes （bismuth-film electrodes, antimony-film electrodes, noble metal electrodes of underpotential deposition interest, and other inert electrodes） for assay of heavy metal ions and relevant applications to rapid bioanalysis, with 45 literatures cited.
