An amperometric biosensor for H2O2 was constructed by modification of an Au electrode with a Prussian blue film, followed by coating with an outer layer of nanoAu-chitosan-hemoglobin composite film. The linear range was from 1 to 5 000 μ mol/L, with a detection limit of 0.27 μ mol/L.
