在企业伦理问题日益突出的背景下,如何发挥伦理型领导的积极影响力成为组织管理学者日益关注的重点。文章从伦理型领导的双支柱模型出发,结合"德行"视角相关领导概念的对比,深入剖析了伦理型领导的两维度内涵,并梳理了伦理型领导影响因素的理论与实证研究的发展,分析了伦理型领导的影响效应及具体作用机制。最后指出了上述伦理型领导研究对于管理实践的启示以及未来相关研究的发展方向。
Within the context of increasing ethic problems in organizations, how to exert the positive influence of ethical leader- ship is becoming the focus of organizational management scholars. Based on the double-pillar model of ethical leadership, the present paper analyzes the two-dimension connotation of ethical leadership combined with the relative conceptions of leadership in view of morality. Then it presents the theory and demonstration research about antecedents of ethical leadership, as well as the effects and functional mechanism of ethical leadership. At last, it discusses the implication of ethical leadership for management practice and the future directions about the researches of ethical leadership.
