Strategies of boundary blurring between employee' s work and family facilitated the corporations' human resource management to some extent. However, it was also the case that the kind of blurring strategies brought about new dilemma for human resource management. Based on the analysis of advantages and crises of corporations' human resource management within the context of boundary blurring between work and family, the current paper explored the dual driving factors for advancing boundary blurring. At last, in the view of boundary management, the for dealing with crises were produced from the level of corporation and employee.
