为了以一种经济的方式全面实现顾客满意的目标,提出了一种基于粗糙集和卡诺模型的集成方法,以确定质量屋中工程特性的初始重要度。为了对工程特性表现的改进目标的实现进行效率和风险分析,引入了实现工程特性表现的改进目标所要求的总投入、实现工程特性表现的改进目标所引致的除顾客满意度之外的总产出,以及实现工程特性表现的改进目标的总难度等概念及其计算公式,以表征实现工程特性表现的改进目标的重要性,进而提出了实现工程特性表现的改进目标的重要性计算公式。基于工程特性的初始重要度、实现工程特性表现的改进目标的重要性和工程特性表现点的融合,确定了质量屋中工程特性的改进重要度。通过实例说明了所提方法的应用。
To achieve total customer satisfaction in an effective way, an integration method based on rough set theory and Kano's model was proposed to determine the initial importance of Engineering Characteristics (EC) in House of Quality (HoQ). To implement the efficiency and risk analysis on the achievement of the Improvement Target of Engineering Characteristics' Performance (ITOECP), by analyzing efficiency and risk, the concepts and formulas of the total input required by realizing the ITOECP, the total output resulted by realizing the ITOECP, as well as the total difficulty of realizing were all realized and the ITOECP were introduced as concrete measures to realize the importance rating of ITOECP. A formula to calculate the importance rating of realizing the ITOECP was presented. Based on a combination of the initial importance rating of EC, the importance rating of realizing the ITOECP and the point of EC performance, a method to determine the improvement importance rating of EC in HoQ was proposed. Application of this method was expatiated by a case study.
