在产品规划质量屋的构建过程中,工程特性改进重要度的确定是一个关键步骤。为了以一种经济和有效的方式实现工程特性表现的改进目标,提出了一种基于效用评价的工程特性改进重要度确定的综合方法。在该方法中,首先根据本企业及其竞争对手产品的效用评价和各项工程特性表现的竞争性评价,利用多属性决策方法建立了工程特性竞争性重要度确定的优化模型,并通过拉格朗日函数的构造求解此模型;其次,对实现工程特性表现的改进目标进行定性和定量分析以确定实现工程特性表现的改进目标的重要度;最后,利用层次分析法,对工程特性的初始重要度、工程特性的竞争性重要度和实现工程特性表现的改进目标的重要度进行合成以确定工程特性的改进重要度。以某企业双缸洗衣机的产品设计为实例,说明了方法的应用。

英文摘要:

Determining the Improvement Importance Ratings (IIRs) of Engineering Characteristics (ECs) was a crucial step to construct product planning house of quality. In order to achieve the improvement goals of performances of ECs in an economic and effective way, an integrated methodology for determining the IIRs of ECs based on value evaluations was proposed. In this methodology, according to the competitive performance evaluations of ECs and value evaluations of the products of a company and its competitors, a model to determine the Competitive Importance Ratings (CIRs) of ECs was constructed by using multi-attribute decision method, and this model was resolved by u sing Lagrange function. Secondly, based on the qualitative and quantitative analyses to achieve the Improvement Target of Performance (ITOP) of each EC, the importance ratings of achieving the ITOPs of ECs were determined. Lastly, based on the combination of the initial importance rating, the CIR, and the importance rating of achieving the ITOP of each EC, the IIRs of ECs were determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A case study of product development of washing machine in a corporation was provided to illustrate the application of the proposedmethod.
