为了满足工业产品安全、舒适、高效的人机交互目标和以人为本的可用性要求,提出基于基元模型的产品使用方式创新设计方法.针对产品使用方式的时间性、空间性等特点,运用可拓学理论,构建基于事元的使用方式的基元模型,研究行为过程的动态规律和转换机制,形式化表征基于时间和空间的产品交互行为序列和行为动作,并采用置换、聚分、增删、扩缩等规则对其予以重构,从而实现产品使用方式的改良和优化.最后以手机转型设计为例,采用增重构得到8种具有代表性的手机使用方式创新方案,由其衍生的产品形态满足设计要求和目标,从而验证了本方法的有效性、实用性和创新性.
A method of product innovative design based on the basic element model is proposed for meeting the human-machine interactive target and the people-oriented usability requirements of industrial product,such as safety,comfort and efficiency.According to the spatiality,timeliness,and other characteristics of product using-way,the extension theory is used to construct a basic element model based on the using-way.Furthermore,the dynamic discipline and transition mechanism of the behavior process are studied,and the sequence and action of the product interaction based on time and space are characterized formally.Then rules such as replacing,gathering-separating,adding-deleting,expanding-shrinking can be used for the reconstruction of the sequence and action.Thus the goal of using-way's improvement and optimization can be realized.Finally,taking the transformation design of mobile phone as an example,eight innovative designs about the using-way of mobile phone are generated using the method of adding reconstruction,and their derivatives can meet the design requirements and objectives.So the effectiveness,practicality and innovation of the method are verified.
