复杂系统信息量大,信息结构复杂,容易造成数字界面设计与用户认知失衡,文中针对这一问题,基于认知负荷的视角,展开了界面设计和评价研究以提高人-数字界面交互工效.从数字界面信息加工机制出发,结合认知资源有限理论和认知图式理论探讨了数字界面认知负荷的生成机理,提出了数字界面外在认知负荷、内在认知负荷和相关认知负荷的3个来源及相应的减少认知负荷的界面设计策略.将视觉搜索机制和眼动生理评估有效结合起来,提出了基于搜索深度-搜索广度和内敛度-发散度的数字界面眼动认知评价模型,在一定程度上实现了数字界面研究的认知根源挖掘和主客观统一.
A large amount of information and complicated structure for complex systems is likely to cause im- balance between the digital interface design and user awareness. The interface design and evaluation are stud- ied based on the perspective of cognitive load in order to improve the interaction ergonomics of human-comput- er digital interface. From the information processing model, the formation mechanism of digital interface cogni- tive load is explored combined with the limited cognitive resources theory and the cognitive schema theory. Three sources of extraneous cognitive load, intrinsic cognitive load and germane cognitive load and the corre- sponding interface design strategy to reduce the cognitive load are put forward. With visual search and the eye- tracking evaluation combined, the two-eye movement cognitive evaluation model of digital interface is built based on search depth-search scope and inside collect-divergence. The cognitive origin of human-digital inter- face interactive is probed and the unity of subjective and objective is achieved.
