Ecological civilization construction requires low-carbon production. Iron and steel enterprises produce a large amount of CO2 emissions every year, so it is very important to stimulate the iron and steel enterprises to carry out low-carbon production. Based on the analysis of the needs, motives and behaviors of iron and steel enterprises low-carbon production, this paper selects data of listed iron and steel companies and uses multiple regression analysis to identify incentives for low carbon production： tax incentives, government R D support, financial support, company size, management attitude, etc., to build a low-carbon production incentive model based on ecological civilization construction of iron and steel enterprises.
