为了研究索穹顶的施工成形过程,寻找一种通用、可靠的计算方法来提高施工分析的效率与精确性,确保计算结果切实有效地指导实际工程施工,利用有限元软件ANSYS对一索穹顶结构按反分析的思想进行2种施工方案下的施工模拟计算,确定在施工过程中各控制结点的坐标值、各单元的内力值与结构的几何形状,并对2种施工方案进行了分析对比.结果表明,在结构的张拉成形过程中,单元的内力值与结构的几何形状的变化规律与施工方案有关,2种施工方案在一定条件下具有共性,各斜索对整个结构的影响由里及外依次增强.计算过程也表明,利用通用有限元软件ANSYS对索穹顶结构进行施工模拟具有通用性与高效性.
A general and reliable method was explored to improve the calculative efficiency and precision during the construction analysis to ensure the analysis results guide the practical construction. Two different simulations of construction process of the same cable dome were analyzed based on the finite element software ANSYS. The coordinates of the control points, component internal force and geometric configuration were obtained to study the construction process. Comparison of two construction processes shows that the variations of component force and geometric configuration in the construction process are related to the construction methods, and the diagonal cable has reinforced effect to the structure from inner to outer. Two construction processes are similar under given conditions. Calculation processes also show that the construction simulation based on ANSYS is general and efficient.
