提出了复杂张拉索膜结构的分步找形法,将复杂张拉索膜结构拆分为膜面子结构、柔性支撑子结构及刚性支撑子结构,依次对膜面子结构、柔性支撑子结构单独进行找形分析,然后组合各子结构进行整体找形.该方法简化了复杂张拉索膜结构的找形分析,可获得理想的找形结果,采用分步找形法,通过10个步骤,在专业索膜结构软件EASY中完成了世博轴张拉索膜结构的找形研究.编制了风荷载导人程序,直接依据风洞试验测点数据在EAS—Y中划分出风荷载等压面云图,将各风向的风荷载准确、快速地施加至计算模型.进行了静力风载研究,并运用自行开发的EASY至AutoCAD后处理接口程序分析、提取了计算结果,发现结构在45°、90°、225°、270°风作用下的响应最为强烈.
The multi-step form-finding method of complex tensioned cable membrane structures is proposed. In this method, the complex tensioned cable membrane structures are decomposed into the membrane surface sub-structure, flexible supporting sub-structure and rigid supporting sub-structure. The form-finding analysis of the membrane surface sub-structure and flexible supporting sub-structure are studied separately, and then all sub-structures are composed and form-found. This method simplifies the form-finding analysis of complex tensioned cable membrane structures and is conductive to get the ideal form-finding result. Using this method, through 10 steps, the form-finding analysis of tensioned cable membrane structure of the Expo Axis is studied by Easy which is a professional tensioned cable-membrane structures analysis software. The wind load application program is given which generates the wind pressure contour areas for EASY model from the measuring point data of the wind tunnel experiment, making the application of the wind load fast and accurate. The results are processed by the interface program which exports EASY result files to AutoCAD DXF files, and it is found out that the structure responses most intensely under the wind blown from the 45°, 90°, 225°and 270°directions.
