鉴于传统能量模型物理意义的不明确性,对比薄板弹性变形的能量泛函,建立了变形曲面的完备能量模型,着重解决B样条曲面能量法造型的若干关键技术.完备能量模型可以充分表达曲面刚度并明确设计参数的物理意义及选取标准.通过引入曲面构形及曲面位移模式描述变形曲面;基于完备能量模型推导统一的曲面造型控制方程;采用有限元方法求解控制方程.在单元划分方式上,以双三次准均匀B样条单元划分曲面,有利于简支与固支约束条件的处理.
Akin to the energy definition of thin-plate elastic deformation, in this paper a complete energy model is established for deformable surface. The goal of establishing the energy model is to solve several key problems in surface modeling with B-spline. Different from traditional energy model, in the proposed complete energy model, both the structural stiffness and physical meaning of design parameters are presented completely and clearly. The key techniques involved in this paper includes: 1) describing deformable surface with configuration and displacement mode ; 2) deducing control equations based on the complete energy model;3)introducing finite element method to solve the control equation. The meshing technique using non uniform B-spline elements made it convenient to deal with simply and clamped supported constraints.
