李士懋教授是我国第二届国医大师,河北中医学院教授,博士生导师,全国第二、三、四、五批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,其"溯本求源,平脉辨证",形成了以脉诊为重的辨治寒凝证辨证思路,提出寒凝证的脉象:痉脉,同时对寒凝证的治疗方法——微汗法的机理、使用方法以及测汗法均提出了自己的创见,这是对寒凝证辨治及微汗法理论的重要创见及补充。微汗法广泛应用于脑中风、高血压病、冠心病、肾脏疾病、肺系疾病、肠胃病等属于寒凝证的患者。
英文摘要：
Prof. Li Shimao is awarded as the second session of national medical master and he is the doctoral tutor of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the instructor of the academic experi-ence inheritance of the national veteran experts of TCM.“Tracing the origins and detecting the pulse”is the thought on the differentiation and treatment of cold stagnation syndrome. He believed Jing pulse was special-ized in cold stagnation syndrome and the mild diaphoretic method is used for the treatment particularly,which supplements to the differentiation and treatment of this disease as well as the theory of mild diaphoretic meth-od. The mild diaphoretic method is extensively used for cold stagnation syndromes in stroke,hypertension, coronary heart disease,kidney disorders,lung disorders,gastrointestinal disorders,etc.
