针对煤矿安全管理制度中存在的问题,采用系统分析和数学建模的方法构建了矿井作业人员行为选择的数学模型,分析了煤矿安全管理制度下矿井作业人员遵章行为和违章行为的行为结果和特征。在此基础上,对矿井作业人员行为选择的回报概率进行了数学分析,得出不同行为选择下的期望总回报,并进一步推导出建立有效的煤矿安全管理制度的条件,为煤矿企业设计有效的煤矿安全管理制度提供依据。

A mathematical model of miners’ behavior choice was constructed using system analysis to study the problems in coalmine safety management institution.The study analyzed the behavior results and characteristics of miners’ behavior choice under the current mine safety management institution,such as complying with or violating the institution.Also,the total expectation return under different behaviors was obtained using mathematical analysis on the return probability of miners’ behavior choice.Therefore the conditions for increasing the effectiveness of coalmine safety management institution were derived,which provide a basis for coalmine enterprises to design their effective coalmine safety management institution.
