对高技术产业技术创新活动的创新效率进行测度,不仅有利于改善高技术产业技术创新活动的绩效,同时也对促进我国产业结构优化升级、转变我国经济发展方式有着重要影响。运用因子分析定权法对我国高技术产业5个行业在1996-2008年间的技术创新效率进行了测算。根据测算结果,基于横向视角,比较了在不同年份中5个行业技术创新效率的差异性;基于纵向视角,描绘了各个行业在1996-2008年间技术创新效率的动态演化状况。
英文摘要：
Measuring innovation efficiency of high-tech industry technological innovation activities,not only can help improving the high-tech industry technological innovation performance,but also has an important influence to promote industrial structure adjustment and change the optimization of China＇s economic development mode.This paper uses factor analysis rating method to calculate the technological innovation efficiency of five sectors of high-tech industry in China between 1996 and 2008.According to the estimation results,based on the horizontal angle of view,it compares the difference of five industry technology innovation efficiency in different years;based on the longitudinal angle of view,it describes the dynamic evolution situation of various sectors from1996 to 2008.
