长期以来，我国三大产业结构的比例失调阻碍了国民经济的均衡和谐发展，在经济危机的大背景下，三次产业结构不合理所产生的负面影响被充分暴露出来，扩内需、调结构的经济政策，是重振市场信心的根本办法。文章根据变结构控制动态投入产出模型分析边际消费倾向和三次产业产出的关系，提出从提升边际消费倾向的角度对三次产业结构进行优化。
英文摘要：
For a long time, the imbalance the three industries structure has been hindering the harmonious development of national economy. In the broader context of economic crisis, the negative impact of the imbalance fully exposes. The economic policy of expanding domestic demand and adjusting the structure is the fundamental approach to reviving confidence in the market. According to the model of variable structure control based on dynamic input-output, this paper analyzes the relationship between marginal propensity to consume and the output of three industries. Finally we put forward some suggestions about how to optimize three industries structure through upgrading the marginal propensity.
