目的:通过分析滨海新区妇幼保健院卫生人力资源现状了解其中存在的问题,为滨海新区妇幼保健整体卫生人力资源配置的改进提出对策。方法:利用Excel表格对数据资料进行分类统计,采用定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法通过统计图表对滨海新区妇幼保健院卫生人力资源现状进行分析。结果:该医院卫生技术人员中学历层次硕士、本科、大专、中专分别占2.09%、52.09%、28.01%、17.8%,高、中、初级职称分别占7.33%、29.32%、63.35%。结论:人员整体结构基本合理,但护理人员缺编严重,护理人员的整体素质水平有待提高,尽快引进和培养高层次年轻人才,以实现滨海新区妇幼保健事业整体水平的提升。
Objective: To understand the existing problems by analyzing the current situation of maternal and child health care hu- man resource in Binhai New Area, provide countermeasure for improving the allocation. Methods: Excel was used for statistical analysis, qualitative research combined with quantitative research was used to analyze the current situation of maternal and child health care human re source in Binhai New Area by statistical charts. Results: Among the health technical personnel in the hospital, the proportions of Master degree, university degree, college degree and technical secondary school degree were 2. 09%, 52. 09%, 28. 01% and 17.8%, respectively; the proportions of high title, middle title and primary title were 7. 33%, 29.32% and 63.35%, respectively. Conclusion: The overall structure is basic reasonable, but the nurse shortage is serious, the overall quality of nursing staff should be improved, the introduction and cultivation of high level of young talents should be conducted as soon as possible in order to achieve the overall level of maternal and child health care in Binhai New Area.
