Based on the definition of quantale matrices, some properties on the determinant of quantale matrices are studied. In the commutive quantale, it is obtained that det （AB） ≥det （A） det （B） , det（AB）≤det（A＋B）, det （AA^＊）≤ det （A）, where A^＊ denotes the adjoint matrix of quantale matrix A.
