为了解决大型频率选择表面曲面的加工问题,结合机器人铣削和数字化加工技术,开发了复杂频率选择表面机器人数字化加工系统。通过曲面检测和三角剖分,得到了数字化曲面模型。基于此模型和大型频率选择表面曲面的加工特点,提出了分区加工方法,通过与五轴联动加工方法的比较和加工实验,说明了分区加工方法的有效性。
A large FSS Robot Digital Machining System (RDMS) was developed to solve the problem of curved FSS manufacturing, which combines robot milling and digital machining technology. According to characteristics of large curved FSS machining, surface partition method was built, which is proved to be effective by comparing with the vector machining method and analyzing the experimen tal results of machined samples.
