对不同材料和加工工艺的频率选择表面FSS(frequency selective surfaces)进行湿热环境试验,考察湿热试验对FSS传输特性的影响。结果表明,湿热环境在短时间内可以破坏FSS的微观特征,而对FSS的宏观特征没有明显的影响。湿热环境对FSS传输性能的影响主要表现在传输损耗和频带宽度两个方面,10个周期的湿热试验可以使FSS的传输损耗增加60%以上,频带宽度增大0.5GHz。从不同的角度来说,湿热环境对刻铣工艺FSS的影响大于腐蚀工艺的,对铜导电层FSS的影响大于银导电层的,对组合阵子FSS的影响大于简单阵子的。
The influence of damp heat condition on transmission properties of frequency selective surfaces (FSS), which were machined by different coatings and process, were preliminary studied by experimental method. The results are shown as follows. The damp heat condition can destroy the microcosmic character of FSS, but not the macroscopical character in the short time. The influence of damp heat condition on transmission properties of FSS main displays in transmission loss and band width, and the transmission loss increases at least 60% and the band with increases about 0.5GHz at 10 circles for damp heat test. To be discussed from different angle, the influence of damp heat condition on transmission properties of fluted FSS is great than eroded FSS, and copper coating FSS great than silver coating FSS, and compound cell FSS great than simple cell FSS.
