针对某座既有旧桥,进行了体外索的受力监测研究。提出了结构大应变监测策略,保证了FBG测试效果的可靠性。监测结果显示,该座旧桥加固完成后,体外索受力确有一定程度的降低,最大预应力损失值仅占加固设计荷载的6.9%;体外索的预应力损失值发展趋势与温度变化具有一定的负相关性。基于FBG的监测手段不仅能满足施工过程的短期监测需求,而且可对结构后续运营期的预应力损失情况进行长期监测。
The external cable force of an existing old bridge was monitored.The structural large strain monitoring strategy was proposed to ensure the test reliability of FBG.The monitoring result shows that(1) the force of external cable decreased a little after strengthening and the maximum prestress loss amounted to 6.9% of the strengthening design load;(2) there is a negative relativity between prestress loss trend of external cable inside the box girder and temperature change.The monitoring means based upon FBG can not only meet the requirement during the whole construction process but also play a role in the subsequent prestress loss monitoring.
