Combined with the theories of the division of labor, strategic alliance, the global value chain, The paper puts forward four integration modes for China＇s automobile industry chain. Design the ideas and basis of the automobile industry chain integration mode selection, and set the combination of the quantitative strategic plan matrix and triangular fuzzy evaluation as the election method of automobile industry chain integration mode. At last, the paper makes an empirical research in the example of the Faw Group finally.
