Impact factors of the knowledge flow are hypothesized. Combined with the surveyed data, the structural equation model is applied to analyze and verify the impact factors of the knowledge flow among enterprises within the creative industries cluster,and to calculate the path coefficients. Then a conclusion is reached that the impact factors include knowledge suppliers,knowledge receivers,knowledge attribute,environmental factors and the intimate degree between supplier and receivers,and these interactive factors have a significant impact on the two-way knowledge flow among enterprises within the creative industry cluster.
